Our Collective Bargaining Agreement
After 16 months of bargaining with the OSU administration, our team reached a tentative agreement on our second contract. This agreement was overwhelming approved by our membership with a 98.3% yes vote for the new CBA! The new contract went into effect on May 1, 2025 and runs through June 2029.
