We Are UAOSU
Our union was certified on June 27th, 2018, and represents teaching and research faculty across Oregon State University, including all OSU campuses and worksites in Oregon, as well as faculty who work remotely for OSU. We believe that an empowered faculty enhances the learning environment for our students, creates stronger partnerships with our communities, and helps build a better OSU for current and future generations.

What's new with your union?
We wrapped up our most recent round of contract bargaining in mid-2025 and won’t bargain our next contract until 2029. While we’re in between contract bargaining, it’s time to build community in our union!
